How does the pricing work?

A flat monthly or annual subscription per tier, with a monthly credit allowance included. Every action spends credits from that allowance at the published rate above. Annual billing is up to 20% cheaper per month on every plan.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Nothing stops. Your plan includes monthly credits; when they are used, further work runs from your prepaid wallet and you keep going, with no plan change needed. Wallet usage is charged at the provider cost of each job plus our margin, not by the included-credit rate card.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 3 days, no card, with 8 credits at the highest quality tier. That is enough for a couple of site audits, some ad copy and a handful of drafts, so you judge the product on real output rather than a tour. Three days is deliberate: marketing results cannot move in three days, but artifacts can, and the artifacts are what you are buying.

What is the Stravax Suite?

One subscription that gives you Stravax AI and Stravax Engage at the same tier, on one bill, for less than buying the two separately. Engage is the customer-conversation side: one inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web chat and lead forms, with a built-in CRM and ad conversion sync. See Engage on its own.

Can Stravax AI actually launch my campaigns?

Meta click-to-WhatsApp campaign creation is rolling out. Campaigns are created paused on your own ad account, with a budget cap, and go live only when you approve. Google, TikTok and Snapchat campaign launch are planned, not shipped, and this page says so rather than selling them early.

Which currency am I billed in?

UAE customers are billed in AED, with USD shown alongside. Everywhere else is billed in USD.

Do I need Stravax Engage to use Stravax AI?

No. Stravax AI stands alone at every tier. The Suite exists because the two products feed each other: Engage sees which conversations turned into sales, and Scale's Engage bridge feeds that back so the next round of creative is informed by what actually converted.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings, no call required. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year.
