1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Free AI Audit form: business name, website URL, work email, and monthly ad-spend range.
- Discovery-call bookings: name, email, and business details submitted via our Cal.com scheduling link.
- Inquiries: anything you send us by email.
We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel.
2. How We Use It
Audit form data is used to generate your AI marketing audit: our system fetches the public content of the website you submit, analyzes it, and emails you the report. Booking and inquiry data is used to respond to you, schedule discovery calls, and (with your consent) send service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Retention
Audit leads are stored securely for up to 90 days. Inquiry and booking data is retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
4. Third-Party Services
We use a small set of processors to deliver the service: Cloudflare (hosting and lead storage), Cal.com (scheduling), Brevo (contact records and follow-up email), Resend (transactional email delivery), Anthropic (AI analysis of the public website content you submit), Google (Tag Manager and Analytics), and Meta (advertising pixel). Each is subject to its own privacy policy.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].
